Product maintenance: covers bug fixes and new feature releases for a given product version. When you purchase cobra-cms you get three months product maintenance free. You can then purchase the remaining 9 months cover for 10% which means your first year product maintenance is half the annual rate.

Templating support: 4 hours over 15 days in creating site skins and content templates.
280 GBP or 400 EUR
Installation support: 3 hours over 5 days in creating site skins and content templates.
200 GBP or 285 EUR
Developer support: 8 hours over 20 days covering the integration of Cobra-cms in to a wider Web architecture. 570 GBP or 800 EUR

Support policy: Core product support e.g. bug fixes to cobra-cms is provided free whilst product maintenance is active.
